2. The 6-Week RESET Journey
Weekly 60-minute sessions and a simple plan for energy, sleep, movement, nourishment, and margin.
3. Optional Phase 2: The ALIVE Journey (6 weeks)
Deepen integration, strengthen resilience, and protect your progress.
